It is the responsibility of each employee to be aware of and abide by the Code of Conduct elucidated in this document. Employees are expected to act ethically, in compliance with applicable laws, and to report any violations they observe within the company to the appropriate authority. Aissel Managers have the added responsibility of abiding by and fostering a culture of integrity, honesty, and ethical behavior within the organization. They are expected to lead by example, embodying the behaviors outlined in the Code of Conduct. Managers should actively reinforce the Code of Conduct through regular communication with employees and encourage a transparent and open environment where employees feel comfortable reporting violations. They must also ensure there are no retaliatory actions taken against any employee who makes a good faith report.
